Some memories never fade — they linger in the corners of your mind, tangled in longing and the crushing weight of everything unsaid. Hailing from the plains of North Dallas, MAMA, I'M embodies the raw emotion and introspectiveness of suburban melancholia.
Through their rich ballads and introspective lyricism, the group blends the vulnerability of indie-pop with the deep chasms of alternative R&B. Inspired by the likes of Frank Ocean, SZA, Mac Miller, Mk.gee, and Dijon, MAMA, I'M shape their first 6 song project around the bittersweet nature of childhood nostalgia, with their debut single, "PATIENCE", setting the stage.
Their first self-titled EP, "MAMA, I'M", is set to be released in May.
